The Richland County Grand Jury has indicted three Mansfield residents on charges of operating a meth lab. 26-year-old Lucas Conrad, 26-year-old Brittany Bassett, and 31-year-old Jonathon Fankhauser are charged with making and possessing the chemicals to make methamphetamine, and child endangering. Officers went to 425 Sherwood Drive on January 14th and found materials to make meth, and children, in the house. If convicted of all charges, the trio face prison sentences ranging from eight to twenty-five years. In another indictment, 30-year-old Robert Brisboy of Shelby is charged with rape and felonious assault in a November attack on a boy under the age of ten.
