Ashland City Council Approves Final Appropriations

 Ashland City Council approved the final appropriations for 2013 Tuesday night.
  

 This year's appropriations are less than $10.7 million. Last year's expenditures were more than $10.5 million.
 

Council expects a carryover from this year to 2014 of more than $25,000.
  

The carry-over from 2012 to this year was more than $940,000.
 

Council anticipates revenue this year to be about $9.7 million.
