OhioHealth Cuts The Ribbon On Remodeled Facility

SHELBY, OH- A ribbon cutting welcomed new physicians and a remodeled second floor facility at Ohiohealth Shelby Hospital located at 199 West Main Street on Tuesday. Several hospital employees and area leaders were in attendance to celebrate the occasion.

Physician, Arthur Papadopol and Physician Assistant, Maria Zappa are new additions to the staff at Ohiohealth Shelby Hospital. They will be working in the renovated space that took $400,000 dollars to be upgraded and was the headliner of the ribbon cutting that coincided with welcoming the new members. 

President of OhioHealth Mansfield and OhioHealth Shelby Hospitals Vinson Yates said the ribbon cutting was a great opportunity for everyone to welcome the new additions in to the community and support them. 

Yates said OhioHealth is excited about the future of Shelby Hospital, with the new physicians on board.
