The city of Mansfield will continue its leaf collection program this fall, but with a couple of changes.

Mansfield Litter Prevention and Recycling Program coordinator Kim Hildreth said the city will only make one sweep for the collection of leaves and are looking at a starting date of Nov. 9 or Nov. 16, although the city will let the public know one week before it begins.

The leaves must be raked to the curb and no plastic bags, brush of tree limbs will be collected. Residents also can dispose of their own leaves at the city service complex at 480 Park Ave. East in Mansfield from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.
