The Center for Individual and Families Services in Mansfield served as host site for the local mental health court graduation and reception Monday.

Seven people graduated from the cooperative program between Mansfield Municipal Court and the Center which takes a team approach to supervising someone with a mental illness who is on probation.

Municipal Court Judge Jerry Ault started this specialized program in 2004. It's a collaboration of the court system law enforcement and mental health treatment agencies in the community.

A total 175 people have completed the program.
