The Richland County Sheriff's Office Monday arrested three men on various charges at a home in the 400 block of Woodland Ave. in Mansfield.

Sheriff's officers, Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms agents, and members of the Richland County Allied Special Operations Response Team, located Clyde Jefferson, James Russell Jr. and Jamie Rosales inside the home.

During a search, Jefferson and Russell were found to be in possession of two revolvers and ammunition. Also seized were amounts of crack cocaine, heroin, illegal pharmaceutical narcotics and drug paraphernalia.

Jefferson, a Tier III sex offender, was arrested for failure to provide a change of address, a first-degree felony. Jefferson may also face felony firearms possession charges upon further investigation.

Russell faces a third-degree felony charge of having weapons under disability. And, Rosales was charged with having drug paraphernalia. Additional felony drug charges are pending.
