MANSFIELD, OH - The City of Mansfield and Finance Director Linn Steward have been awarded "Auditor of State Award with Distinction" for fiscal year 2017.

"This award confirms your commitment to the fiscal health of our city. With your support, we have been able to establish sound financial policies, responsible annual budgets, and comprehensive financial forecasts."

Lindsay Kuhn presented the award at the Finance Committee meeting on October 16th in the Council Chambers. According to Steward, the office "remains committed to maintaining accurate records, preparing timely reports and increasing financial transparency through platforms such as OPENGOV."
