MANSFIELD, OH - Haring Realty is excited to announce the addition of Shelby native, Trisha Wagner.

Born and raised in Richland County, Wagner graduated from Shelby Senior High School. She continued her education at North Central State College with an associates degree in Business Administration and at Franklin University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication.

Wagner comes to Haring Realty after 10-plus years of customer service experience, with over half of those years spent in the banking industry.

Even though she is new to real estate, it has drawn her interest for some time.

“My passion for real estate started years before I received my license. I would continually find myself searching the web for properties just for fun,” said Wagner. “When we renovated our first house in 2009-2010, I knew this was a career I had to pursue.”

Outside of real estate, Wagner’s passion is her family. She has been married to her husband Joe for eight years and together they have four children.

As the daughter and daughter-in-law of local business owners, Wagner lives out her belief that it is important to stay involved with the local community. She currently serves on the Power of the Purse planning committee, as well as Shelby St. Mary’s PTO and School Board. She previously served on the Richland County Red Cross board, serving one year as Chairman. She has also served on the Shelby YMCA board.

With Haring Realty, Wagner is eager to pursue the next chapter of her career.

“I look forward to helping people buy and sell their homes as well as expanding my knowledge of the real estate industry,” she said.

Haring Realty has been a major real estate force in the Greater Mansfield community since its founding in 1983. The family-owned brokerage has grown through the years and continues to be a top leader in this ever-changing industry. Haring strongly believes in providing their clients with exceptional customer service and in meeting their needs with personal and professional care.
