Man Arrested, Drugs Seized In Morning Raid

ASHLAND, OHShortly after 6:00 am on Friday, the Ashland Special Response Team, and the Ashland Police Department, along with Detectives assigned to the METRICH Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 1520 Orange Road, Lot 110.

Police seized suspected powder cocaine, crack cocaine, marijuana, THC dabs, drug paraphernalia, and evidence of drug trafficking during the search.

Police arrested 35-year-old Mark R. Whited of Ashland following the raid.

The investigation was initiated in part by complaints from the community of suspected drug trafficking at that location. Residents are encouraged to call 419-52CRIME, or contact with information regarding suspected drug activity.
