MANSFIELD, OH - "It's the new buzz in Mansfield" claimed Co-Owner Starletta Cole Monday afternoon at the grand opening ceremony of Scratch House Restaurant and Catering.

Having been open since March, Cole says this ceremony was set up to let the rest of the community know that Scratch House is here and ready to serve. Featuring all-day breakfast and an array of made from scratch dishes, Scratch House has something for everyone.

Serving all-day breakfast is a staple of their business and a large portion of their menu features breakfast fare and specialty items like a chicken and waffle sandwich and they offer an alternative to breakfast chains.

Scratch House is located at 777 Lexington Avenue in Mansfield and features something for everyone in your family, including a kids menu for the little ones. Stop in Tuesday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. or on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and see for yourself.

Co-Owner and executive chef Ray Collier told WMFD that his patrons "will not leave hungry and I believe they will be amazed at what they see... Some people just put food on a plate, here we make the food dance on the plate."

Collier and Cole also offer catering and event support in their facility during and after hours. Food is available to order to-go at the request of the diner and no alcohol is served in the business.
