Crestline Man Arrested For Illegal Marijuana Growing

CRESTLINE, OH- The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, METRICH drug task force, BCI, and Galion Police Department executed a search warrant at 2523 SR 598 in Crestline, as part of an investigation looking for illegal Marijuana growing in Crawford County.

Several Marijuana plants were found growing in a garage, inside the residence, and inside the fenced-in area of the property. Officers seized Marijuana, drug paraphernalia, cash, and several firearms.

Russell L. Mott, age 66, was arrested for Cultivating Marijuana. Mott is being held at the Crawford County Justice Center pending formal charges. The case is still under investigation.
