Pursuit In Ashland Ends In Crash, Suspect Escapes

ASHLAND, OH - An Ashland County Sheriff’s Office Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle after radar indicated his speed at 74 mph in a 55-mph zone on Tuesday.

The pursuit started on U.S. Route 250 at the bridge going over I-71. The pursuit ended when the suspect crashed Sherman Street and Main Street.

The suspect was wearing a white Knit hat with a ball on top. It is currently unknown who the suspect is at this time.

The car was stolen out of Reynoldsburg, Ohio
