Winter Storm 2019 - Updates From WMFD

A Winter Storm Warning is in effect in North Central Ohio until 10 am on Sunday.  Heavy snowfall is impacting area throughout the day today.

Snow accumulation of 6 to 9 inches is expected with wind gusts reaching up to 40 mph.

Erie, Huron, Richland, Ashland, and Wayne Counties are affected by this Winter Storm Warning.

Travel is very hazardous.  Travelers are cautioned to take precautions such as keeping a flashlight, food, and water in their vehicle in case of an emergency.

1/19/19 - 7:25 P.M. - Road Conditions are bad and worsening as the night wears on. If you need to leave, do so with caution and care.
