The year 2020 will mark the 50th Anniversary of classic-rock favorite, America.

With hits like ”A Horse With No Name",  America paved the way with an impressive string of hits following the success of their first #1 single. You will hear their best-known songs like "Ventura Highway," "Don't Cross the River," and "Sister Golden Hair, " and more.

The 58th annual Snow Trails Ski Carnival is this weekend, Saturday and Sunday, February 23rd-24th.

The Carnival marks the end of ski season every year and will again offer everything appealing for the spectator including outstanding racing fun and games.

Traditional favorites include the Chippendale Slalom and the Bikini Race - two, big highlights.  The Kid's Challenge race is another favorite, with two events in the tubing park and one of the most creative and popular races - the cardboard creation race.  The Slush Cup is another fun one to watch!

A few new races have been added to the weekend lineup -  a tubing bobsled competition and the skier/boarder cross race.

Snow Trails expects the crowds for these two days including 5,000 visitors plus.

Although we are nearing the end of the shortest month, February is Black History Month.

The Ohio State University Mansfield is celebrating with a special event next Thursday, February 28th. Seen during the Super Bowl this year, the ZuZu African Acrobats were jaw-dropping, to say the least, and they will perform at the local campus next week.

They will bring their high-energy show to the Campus Rec Center next Thursday with doors opening at 5 pm.

Witness pyramid building, limbo, contortion routines and more!

The event is free.
