MANSFIELD, OH - Michael Lybarger is one of Richland County's 10 Under 40!

Michael is the President/CEO of Lybarger Insurance, which operates as State Farm. The companies goal is to protect customers and thier assets.

Almost 2,000 people have been insured by Michael Lybarger. Recently, the company has helped a customer that was affected by April's tornado that hit Shelby. The customer lost thier house, but Lybarger Insurance was able to provide the customer with a check and a startover plan.

When Michael heard he was identified as one of Richalnd County's 10 Under 40, he was shocked.

"I was a kid that didn't do well in school, didn't go to college, didn't really do much of anything until recently.  Just all the other great names that were on there... it was humbling to be considered or recognized as one of them." Lybarger said.

Michael's advice to young professionals in Richland County that are thinking about starting thier career? Just do it. Michael says all professionals fail at least once, and if you do fail, just pick up the bat and swing again.
