Motorcycle Accident Sends Two To Hospital

TROY TOWNSHIP, OH - A mid-afternoon motorcycle accident on Tuesday has sent one adult and one child to the hospital.

According to the Mansfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the motorcyle was traveling north on Lexington-Ontario Road towards the intersection at Marion Avenue around 4 PM when it went off the roadway, losing control. The motorcycle then attempted to re-enter the roadway, but the driver could not regain control and crashed the vehicle.

State Highway Patrol troopers are still investigating what caused the accident. The condition of either occupant is currently unknown, but both were transported to the hospital by emergency medical personnel from the scene.
