Nearly $30,000 Worth Of Stolen Property Recovered

MANSFIELD, OH- Richland County Sheriff's Deputies recovered several pieces of stolen property that was valued at $29,000. 

On Thursday, the department recieved a information about a CAT skid loader that was reported stolen on Wednesday from Shiloh, Ohio.  The skid loader was valued at $29,000.

The skid loader was found in the woods near 3460 Brubaker Creek Road in Mansfield.  With the skid loader was a black flatbed utility trailer that was stolen out of the City of Mansfield and a enclosed trailer that was stolen from Illinois Avenue Apostolic Church in May of 2017.

The enclosed trailer stolen from the Mansfield church was valued at $3,000 at the time it was stolen.

The Richland County Sheriff's Department Major Crimes Unit is still investigating the incident.
