BELLVILLE, OH - Back for the 169th consecutive year, the Bellville Street Fair arrives once again for a weekend of fair-tastic fun.

"When anyone comes back to Bellville to visit, it's usually the week of the street fair," said Tom Barr, President of the Fair Board for the Bellville Street Fair. "There's only two agricultural street fairs left in Ohio, and the other one is Loudonville's. We're proud of that."

The fair began Wednesday with an art show, before moving onto competitions for sheep, beef, rabbit, and poultry raising, and ended with the crowning of the Fair Queen contest as the Clear Fork Marching Band played. With games, rides, food, live music and more, it's no wonder why families keep visiting what is called the "Oldest Street Fair In Ohio."
