MONTGOMERY TOWNSHIP, OH- The Ashland Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one vehicle crash on Township Road 1600, just west of Township 655. The crash occurred on Wednesday at approximately 2:35 pm.

A 2000 Saturn station wagon occupied by Rhonda Renner age 54 of Jeromesville, Ohio traveled westbound on Township Road 1600. Renner drove left of center, continued off the left side of the road, and struck a culvert.

Renner succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

Drugs or alcohol do not appear to be a factor in the crash and she was wearing her safety belt.
