MANSFIELD, OH- Long time fixture in the Mansfield community, Metronome Music Inc., located on 40 S Trimble Road in Mansfield, kicked off the celebration of the company being in business for 57 years with a ribbon cutting and launch of a three day sale.

Larry Miller, President of Metronome Music Inc., said because of their longevity the dealers have given them really good deals to celebrate the occasion.

Metronome Music Inc. has been a big help to local musicians by selling equipment for bands who have gone on to have success.

"When I started out.. I was thinking maybe If I can make it two years, and then we quit counting," said Miller. "I went to church the other day and one of my former students was playing there and that is a neat feeling to see that happen. That is why it's been so important to be a member of the community and serve the musical needs here."

The three day sale will include representatives from Yamaha and Line available for questions and have discounted items available on Thursday.

On Saturday from 10-4pm. a representative from Paul Reed Smith Guitars will be in the store to answer questions and show guitars.

Also on Saturday, there will be a special guitar restringing event, including guitar stringing for free with a donation of products to the Humane Society.

Miller said the store contributing to the community will always be an important part for Metronome Music Inc.
