MANSFIELD, OH- After taking a visit to the University of Minnesota on a football recruiting trip last week, Mansfield Senior stud wideout Jornell Manns decided it was the place he wanted to spend his college career. The 3-star jr. prospect made his commitment to the Gophers and new head coach PJ Fleck on Wednesday evening, becoming the second area player to commit from the class of 2018, along with Shelby QB Brennan Armstrong.

On this week's episode of The Sports Buzz, Manns sits down with host Brian Skowronski and Tygers head football coach Chioke Bradley to discuss his decision to continue playing football at the University of Minnesota. Both Manns and Bradley touch on what makes the "twin cities" an ideal destination for the Mansfield product, how coach Fleck is building an exciting program in Minneapolis and much more on this intriguing interview.
